This means a user can have the piece of mind that they are working with up to date information. Advanced organisation features allows files to reside in multiple folders. A file that is found under a project can also be found under a contact, a project or anywhere you want. No more need for problematic shortcuts and no more out of date copies of a file littering your computer.
