• Forget the 30 day money back guarantee. They only refund if they can confirm and problem with the software. I wanted to return the software because after the first scan the program continued to show items needing attention - never fully cleaned. This made me feel like it really wasn't doing what it was supposed to. The company would allow a refund because they didn't see a problem with how the software was fundtioning. Customer service then threatened me with legal action and fraud. I have uninstalled the software on my computers and am out the money I spent. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

• I have asked for a refund on this product as I am total dissatisfied with it. Unfortunately the company in Dubai, isn't responding to my request... Stay away from this product. All it did for me was slow my system down and every time it ran it found registry issues, even when I hadn't gone on the internet, accessed a network or did anything other than log off and back on... It's a fraud!

• when i first bought the service, software, etc. there was immediate improvement. A few days went by without problems, other than there were more pop up ad's. I had a screen tell me that I needed to follow the instruction from cyberdefender which i did. My screen went blank and i have been on the phone with mycleanpc for almost a week. I have been transfered to another person repeatedly only to explain the problem over and over without results. i was told i would be called back several times only to receive calls the next day. Sunday morning at 7:45 AM there was another person asking the smae questions as the many before that. I hope to collect a refund on my guaranteed 24/7 service.

• I have deeply checked this software and then scan my system. It's quite fast and it doesn't show fake virus. Many of the registry cleaners in the market show you thousands of errors to make you scare to buy but not this software, it seems honest software and it's really effective tool in case you install and uninstall many programs and your PC gets stucked in unnecessary registries.
