First thing that you might want to know about Data Rotunda is that it does not introduce any proprietary file format and does not have it's own text editor - all your data are maintained in standard files and folders visible from explorer and accessible from another text or image editors. What it has is outliner, designed for organizer called Ariadne. And as any organizer it has set of extra properties that can be assigned to any file and folder to make it distinctive in some way.
