Drew Technologies has now released DashDAQ PC for sale. DashDAQ PC is a PC-based application that offers the same gauges, data logging, diagnostics, and performance measurement features contained in the DashDAQ Series II and DashDAQ XL. DashDAQ PC installs on your Windows Vista or Windows XP computer and uses any Drew Tech J2534 interface to communicate with your vehicle. This new software will allow technicians using a J2534 tool for reprogramming at the repair shop to perform generic OBD2 diagnostics. You can also upgrade it to add enhanced, manufacturer-specific diagnostics. It also gives hobbyists and CarPC owners the functionality in the original DashDAQ with the freedom to pick your own PC and form factor. Windows Computer and Drew Tech J2534 interface are sold separately.
