Text Formatter Plus - Formats your emails, ezines and newsletters
Text Formatter Plus formats email and newsletter/ezine text to your specified line length. You can right and/or left indent text easily, set a left margin and check that the web addresses you've used are correct and functioning. It allows you to save pieces of text you use regularly and then easily insert them when required. When you want to edit someone's else's article that has already been formatted with hard returns, the program will strip the hard returns so that you can start work on the text immediately without wasting time.

Feature List:
- choose whatever width (in number of characters) you want. Just press a button and, in a second, your text will be formatted at that width with hard returns at the end of each line. You can go back to make changes and then reformat just as quickly. This will save you significant time on your formatting
- add a left margin so that your email doesn't start right at the edge of a window. This can be added in seconds and makes your email stand out from all the other emails that don't have margins
- indent blocks of text on both the left and the right so that your emails look much more visually appealing
- save pieces of text you use regularly (such as ezine templates) and then easily insert them when required
- do a word count with one click and check that your ezine is not getting too long
- check that all your affiliate and other website links are correct and functioning so that you won't send your reader to any incorrect or dead links. What's more, the program allows you to record which links you have checked
- check for spelling. There's live spell check with dictionaries available for a wide range of languages including US English, UK English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. There are also thesauruses available for US and UK English
- edit someone's else's article that has already been formatted with hard returns. The program will strip the hard returns so that you can start work on the text immediately without wasting time deleting each hard return individually
- paste your formatted text directly into a new Outlook or Outlook Express email
- see what your finished text is going to look like in a variety of fonts. Sometimes text can look good in one font but not in another - but you don't know which font your reader is going to be using. You can check the most popular fonts to ensure that your text looks fine in all of them
- copy your document in HTML with paragraph breaks or with paragraph and line breaks. You can then paste the text into a web page you are working on
