Public Calendar Choice for Outlook is particularly efficient with access to calendars of co-workers e.g. with Public ShareFolder or Microsoft Exchange. With Outlook 2003 a function was introduced to display several calendars side by side. Thereby displaying the selection of dates of several co-workers can be arranged significantly clearer. If Outlook is terminated, the selection (display) of several calendars side by side is discarded. It must be configured again after each restart. With Outlook 2007 the calendar selection is kept even with a restart. Public Calendar Choice for Outlook simplifies the process for users of Outlook 2003 in addition, substantially in Outlook 2007.
