PlaniqaFree.exe - PlaniqaFree provides project management using workflow schemes and GANTT charts.
PlaniqaFree project management software provides project planning and control, including project risk assessment. This enables you to limit your project risks. Planiqa is oriented at changes in projects, from the perspective that a project may change in a few weeks. Planiqa directly links GANTT charts (time-planning) to project workflow schemes. Both are shown simultaneously for a project. Overviews of dozens of projects, financial overviews and the allocation of HR resources are easy and can be used for optimized planning. Projects can hold sub-projects which makes it easy to organize a large workload. Workflow schemes can hold over 30 types of activities including decisions and active checklists. Planiqa warns at an early stage what project delays and cost overruns can be expected. This gives a better control over projects. Management reports can be generated with a few mouseclicks at any stage of the project, either in Microsoft Word (. doc), in Wordpad format (.RTF) or in Html format. There is simply no alternative to the advanced capabilities in Planiqa. It is also very suitable for education in project management – given e.g. the critical-path functionality and optimization options when assigning teams to projects.
