Different methods and procedures help estimate both numeric and non-numeric (quality) parameters. For uncertain values fuzzy calculation option is offered. Sensitivity analysis features Tornado diagram showing relative importance of parameters. Easy and intuitive Time Analysis mode allows to set time sequences for objects (Gantt charts) while time optimization function allows to automatically distribute events in time according to the user-set conditions and constraints. Installation package includes ready templates and subject areas for the most popular tasks. Pro version features Teamwork and consensus mode enhancing company’s collaboration effectiveness and thus increasing its sales and profits. Ready projects can be exported into MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint applications, saved as bitmap images or XML files. A free viewer for MindDecider projects is available for download.
