Effective Address Book - Assign rich text notes to all your friends and contacts
It can set up tasks and reminders against people (Note activities). This can then show pop up reminders or show sticky notes. You can create rich text notes against people. You can instantly send emails and view websites of your contacts. A new printing dialog means printing is now so much more customizable and easier to change. Now there is less wasted paper. Searching has never been so easy. Instant tree of contacts based on your criteria.
Various fields to use.
Information entered into the dialog, here is then saved to the main database.
The data you can enter ranges from your own personal details and family names and dates, as well as addresses and contact numbers.
You can also click buttons to open either an email or browse through a website from your contacts.
Creating Notes.
As you create contacts, you can also set notes against them.
These can then be set as sticky notes. Also, you can save the rich text comments or print them out.
