There are many benefits of ecosis compared to the traditional management system. ecosis provides a systematic solution to auto generate monthly invoice based on the initial subjects, other charges and transport selection.
The system is simple to understand and is user-friendly. Users will not require much training time and thus, able to increase productivity rather than wasting time trying to figure out how to work the system.
We understand that businesses have time constraint. Therefore, we created plenty of time saving features. One such feature is the 1-click mass grade promotion. Unlike majority of other education software, students from one grade can be promoted to the following grade automatically when you use ecosis.
For example, all the students in Standard 1 can be automatically promoted as Standard 2 students come January the following year.
This saves you time compared to if you were to upgrade students manually. This feature is unique to ecosis and currently, we are the first and only education software that includes this function.
Help is easily available in the form of manuals, video tutorials and from ecosis' support team. The team behind ecosis understands that no business is the same and will be happy to help your center customize the system to fit your business environment.
