CyberMatrix Timesheets Client/Server is a simple to use Windows-based multi-user time sheet entry program that allows employees to easily enter time spent on different projects and activities. Timesheets is ideal for engineering firms and other project centric businesses that want to replace their traditional spreadsheet or paper-based work time entry. CyberMatrix Timesheets provides a simple transition for those used to the traditional paper-based time sheet entry process. The time sheet entry screen is very similar to a standard time sheet entry form. Unlike traditional time sheets though, managers can confirm and adjust their employees time conveniently from their own workstations eliminating the need to wade through a mound of time sheet reports.
Timesheets features easy, intuitive employee time entry by client, project and task. You can also enter time sheets for equipment. You can use Timesheets Client/Server for all your employees sharing timesheet data over the network or even over the Internet. Timesheets Client/Server comes with its own self-contained database server so you don't have to setup an unwieldy database server. You can assign rates by employee, client or project for time billing invoices. Use the custom reporting features to modify existing reports and to create new ones. The expense management and project management functions help keep track of project schedules and costs. The QuickBooks and Microsoft Project export features eliminates wasting time by re-entering this data. You can exchange timesheet data with other software with the CSV import/export features. You can access data from other database programs using the ODBC driver.
