Control your inventory, raise purchase orders, etc. It handles kits, bar codes, special pricing, supercessions, sales and purchase discounting.
Print and HTML layouts of invoices, statements, remittance advices, and purchase orders can be edited and/or new ones created. The software is multi-currency, multi-user, multi-department, and multi-company. Customers and suppliers can be mail shot and email shot.
The software can run on a single PC, or multiple PC's over over a Local Area Network, or over a Virtual Private Network (via internet), on Unix/Linux (using Wine), it can even be run right off a USB memory stick, making it extremely portable. Versions also available specifically for the autotrade and café/shop businesses.

• Good software. If I can use it anyone can! I would never pay lots of money for accounts software now I have used this. I email support and they back to me quickly. They update the software regularly. Last update even included a modification suggested by me! I have the software running on a network with three PCs, and it works well. Record locking when two PCs go for the same account (one gets full access, one gets read only access). I like the way printers can be set up. You can set the system up so it will use a particular printer invoices. So we have one printer on the netwrok loaded with letter head paper that we just use for invoicing. I don't know if other accounts software can do that, but it works really well.

• What great software! Set up was quick, hassle free. I was putting in customer details and printing my invoices inless than half an hour. Job done. Lots of options, don't know what half of them do, but it seems to do everything. Best bit i discovered - reports can be sent to OPenOffice!
