RunasSpc - run and install software that need administrator privileges
Security patches, software updates and each other software-package can be installed by the user themselves without having administrator privileges.
A doubleclick on runasspc will start the application with other credentials than the logged-on user. The login information of the application like username and password are read from the encoded file crypt.spc.
An administrator can specify, e.g. by a central crypt file, which application have to start with admin rights.
